We practice a strong approach to safety, with our whole team living and demonstrating a safe work culture on all jobs and contracts. We operate an in-house, behaviour- based safety system that all team members go through upon hiring. This is not a one time deal — this is a culture we live and operate by that is engrained in all of our processes. We care about our team and our clients, and our commitment to safety drives our work.
As a First Nations Contractor, we believe in inclusion and diversity on our team. While working on or near traditional First Nations Land, we are always willing and open to look for joint venture opportunities.
